I understand the rules the same as you Yuri.
The only thing I would add is that ANY form of assistance, use of cluster,
other operators, etc, puts the single op into the multi-op category.  A very
good rule in my opinion!

I'm new to this contest. Did I understand the rules correctly:
1. Both Multi and Single Op stations have operation time limited to 24 hrs?
2. Single ops don't have band change limit, but Multi ops limited to 6 band
changes per hour?
