How about this: In place of complaining to me, and the entire list, why not contact Wayne Mills, N7NG, directly with the problem. Since LOTW started I've had a couple of e-mail exchanges with Wayne and he has been extraordinarily helpful. I'll be willing to bet a dollar to a doughnut he will solve the problem.

  If the ARRL will cooperate and send me what I need, maybe I'll get
  certified.  They seem to have ignored my last three or four emails with the
  TQ5 files. I just sent one today.  Maybe I should send it every day until I
