[CQ-Contest] L.O.T.W.

If the ARRL will cooperate and send me what I need, maybe I'll get
certified.  They seem to have ignored my last three or four emails with the
TQ5 files. I just sent one today.  Maybe I should send it every day until I
receive the post card.

Maybe one day I'll get on there again.
