[CQ-Contest] Dayton and the forum issues

I suggest Las Vegas.  They know how to do conventions here.  Easier to 
fly in and out of compared to Dayton.  And you can spend an extra day 
or two and see the sights and do the casinos.  Maybe also a better 
location for the vendors as most seem to be based on the West Coast. 
And rain should not be a issue.
