[CQ-Contest] 40M "Woodpecker"

I was on 40 CW (7003) this morning from about 1045Z - 1120Z. The
"Woodpecker" signal began during this time. I checked and it peaked at 320
degrees and was very loud, 599+ here in S. Texas. When I turned the beam
down toward VK/ZL the signal dropped considerably. This doesn't appear to be
originating "down under."

I think the signal must be coming from the BY/JA/HL/UA0 area.
