[CQ-Contest] What to log?

Foreign amateur radio operators operating in the US must operate within the
bands of their country provided they do not exceed the privileges of the US
Amateur Extra Class.

I don't know what Canadian rules are.  The above statement is in the Part 97
and on the Technician study questions.
