[CQ-Contest] Competing in the Daylight

I would love to see a basic system where every 5 - 10 minutes, the 'test
software would send the participants call, entry class, # Q's (all bands), #
Multi's (all bands) and raw score to a central server. Then the participant
could see where they stood in that class, i.e. 15th, as compared to other
participants.

This would _only_ tell a participant how they are doing in general - it
wouldn't give you run freqs, stations worked, bands your competetors are on,
etc. The only "advantage" would be to let you know you may want to change
your strategy from S&P to Running (or vice versa). Even participants
running in unassisted classes could use this feature as there is no
"assistance" being utilized, i.e. spots.

It would be no different than getting on 2m and telling your buddy that you
have worked 1200 Q's and 300 multi's so far in the 'test. IMHO, it would be
a legitimate enhancement to contesting and not another method of "gaming the
system" to get an "unfair advantage". I could understand apprehension in
doing this _if_ data like the band that was being used by a station, whether
the station was in Run or S&P mode or other "sensitive" information was
being reported.
