[CQ-Contest] Competing in the Daylight

That is a bit far-fetched. If DARC *allows *packet, then it isn't cheating
anymore. That would be like me saying "Since ARRL won't stop dirtbags that
use 2 radios, and I'll never afford a 2nd one, I'm going to quit SS". You
can't pick and choose which technological advancements are or are not
cheating.
  I'm not trying to start an argument, I just think the subject is
interesting.
 For awhile after most everyone was using CT or NA, I was logging on paper
with those paper dupe-sheets. I have a computer now.
 As far as WAE, not "everybody *has* to use packet".
