yes, I guess clarification from CQ WW AC is needed here.

Possible scenarios:

1. UA9S/T/W  sends 59 16. You log 59 16.

2. UA9S/T/W sends 59 17.  You LOG 59 16.

3. UA9S/T/W sends 59 16. You LOG (as suggested by your logging software) 59
17.

Would any possible penaties apply for any of this cases?
