[CQ-Contest] 80 Meter Split Freq?

My 80m antenna is cut for 3800.  Veer too far away from the "DX 
window"and the SWR goes up and the directivity suffers.  Also, how 
many Generals have the antennas, desire, and/or savvy to work DX 
split on 75m?  If they did, they would have upgraded.  After all, 
they don't even need to know CW to upgrade :.)

One thing I noticed is lots of EUs down around 3700 weren't even 
working split, so no NAs were being worked by them.
