[CQ-Contest] Post-Contest Log Analysis

Please make sure your output (to be submitted) is in the correct format.
This is a major problem for all contest log checkers.  The robots cannot
find all the problems.

If possible run your log thru a log checker such as the WT4I software.  This
is especially true if you use an older version of major logging software or
try to home brew you own cabrillo.
