WHY..??.. CA counties only count 1 point for CA stations. If a CA station works all 57 counties it counts as 1 point, not 57. Why slow a CA station down by copying the name of a county..??..

CA stations DO count for points. There are 57 counties and 57 mults for out of state stations. NCCC has set it up so there are also 57 mults for in state stations. There is no reason to change the rules, especially if it has the effect described below.
