Remember ole good times before packet was implemented. Even then there were 
all those crouds of poor old ladies along highways, there were all those 
solicited/non-solicited info on a mult hiding at XXX freq and so on. And 
everybody was in the normal SO group.

Then there came packet which has changed DX/mult hunting substantially. A 
new category has been added to separate "normal" way of operating from 
packet users. The new category has been named, Assisted aka SO with DX 
alerting nets.

Everything what was allowed for SO before packet is not Assisted. Assisted 
means DX willfully alerted.
