[CQ-Contest] SS Gentlemen's Agreement re: Assistance

I fully subscribe to rules 2, 3, 4, and 5 of your list below.  

But I consider 'directional' or 'needed section' CQ's (item 1 on your list
below) as a legitimate tool to attract the attention of needed multipliers.
