[CQ-Contest] SS off time calculations

Locust et al;

Would we then require all contestants to have their log computers  
connected to WWV / NIST (or a central contest-sponsor-provided time  
server) in order to constantly update and/or correct the time? And  
would we also be requiring that all log programs eliminate the  
ability for the user to adjust the logs for time to make sure that  
everything is within legal limits?

This is getting to look an awful lot like big brother watching and is  
rapidly moving out of the realm of something that is fun for  
participation.
