[CQ-Contest] Packet has ruined Ham Radio

Yeah, the transistor and transceivers have made it all too easy.  I
think we should all return to straight keys, spark gaps, and paper
logs.  When there is a new one on you should send a letter with a 3
cent stamp to him so he gets the information.
