[CQ-Contest] 48 hours and health - bathroom breaks

Discovered long ago that if you don't eat and you don't drink during a
contest, you rarely have to get out of the chair to make room for more food
or drink.  The trick is to consume an exact replenishment amount, and no
more. As you lose water vapor in your breath during a phone contest, you
replace only that lost vapor amount, no more. On CW, you don't need to drink
very much unless you are lucky enough to be sweating in the tropics.
