Common problem with programming computers as well - get a good table where 
you can adjust the tilt - look at

Also a good chair is essential.

I am not joking - but my table cost $2,500 and the chair $1,300. I can work 
18 hours in a stretch with no problems - I had to do this when getting my 
company started!
