[CQ-Contest] neqp operator(s) needed

Anyone still looking for a place to operate for neqp??  Starts Saturday at
4pm and goes till 1am Sunday, then restarts at 9am Sunday and runs till 8pm.
CW or SSB ops needed, even if only for a few hours either day, but Sunday
probably the most.
