[CQ-Contest] Leading Zeros

Mike,
I use Scott's software (N3FJP).  It does not use leading zeros and I 
don't think you can if you wanted to.  IMHO they just take up time.  
What I really don't like is the leading T's, that really confuses me 
in the heat of the battle.
