[CQ-Contest] Leading Zeroes

Don't even think about omitting leading zeroes.
Traditionally three digit numbers have been used, and
psychologically that's what one expects, and it has synergy.
If I get 5nn13 in a difficult copy scenario, I am definitely
going to ask for a repeat and slow down the process.

I could never get CT to do this ( insisted on sending one or
two digits for <100)so never used that prog. even when it
was the only game in town. I just don't do sloppy ;-0

I am undecided about leading zeroes too.  Like the other
person, I tried it
without, and had to
keep repeating (especially if you have a late start to the
contest).  In the
N3FJP software, I
just put in the cut T's in the macro, like  5NN TT#

Other than leading T's, I'm against cut numbers in SS.  One
other thing,
shouldn't there be a space
between the serial number and the precidence?  That through
me off having
838A all at once.
