Here is the topic for Contesting on a Budget for the Jan-Feb 07  issue:
 
Swap Meet Secrets!  Here’s your chance to share your  techniques for buying, 
selling and trading at swap meets.  How do you bring home what you want  
without putting a hole in the wallet?  What are your “best buys” and what do you 
avoid?  
 
Do you buy early while the bargains are still fresh, or do you wait until  
the end of the meet and get bargain prices on the leftovers?  Do you  try to get 
a "package deal" and buy several things at a lower overall cost  than buying 
them  individually.  Do you barter rather than  buy?
