[CQ-Contest] Logs for SCP

Please send me your Cabrillo format logs from the CQWW Phone contest.
Easiest way is to carbon copy (cc:) to k5zd at contesting.com when you submit
your log to the CQ robot.  Nice to see so many new VHF calls from Europe
participating in the contest.  Need your logs to help get them into the
database.

Next set of SCP files will be produced the week before CQ WW CW.
