The solution to all this is clearly handicapping. The formula is simple. All 
operating categories can be eliminated. All geographies can be eliminated. The 
differences are completely accounted for in the formula. It is the perfect 
solution. It will be much more competitive this way.

Handicap Factor = Highest Score in Contest / Your Score

Your Adjusted Score = Handicap Factor x Your Score
