[CQ-Contest] [dx-list] CQ Zone question

I worked VE2XB/VY0 on 20M CW Monay morning about 12 or 13Z.  From his 
QRZ.COM listing, it seems that he makes frequent trips to northern VE2. 
  Maybe this has recently expanded into VY0 land.  73, John, K4BAI.
