[CQ-Contest] Slow Speed NS [sprint]

Open letter to Mike W9RE:
 
Mike W9RE setup a slow speed sprint [under 20 WPM] to precede the  regular 
NCCC/NS sprint on Thursday evenings [Friday UTC].  It was a great  idea that 
brought new players to a very fun and quick session each week.   Some of those 
who started in the slow speed session are now participating in the  regular NCCC 
sponsored sprints.
 
It has become an event that continues on, even with the conclusion  of the NS 
Ladder series.  We owe Mike a big THANK YOU for his effort to  include 
everyone in the sprint effort and to bring new players into the fun  weekly NCCC 
sponsored sprint.
