[CQ-Contest] renewing the 10 meter contest

Yes I am hoping the Sunspots are working next March when I am QRV as YJ0AX in the WPX test.  

The ten metre test was a missed game at the new QTH but surprised to hear of the poor propagation after we made 455 10M Qso's in Multi Single VK4TI for the CQWWSSB. 

Sunspots maketh the ten metre test, changing rules is the quickest way to loose participants.
