Yup, if LoTW was working properly, I really should be HR #1 by now all by 
LoTW.  I only have 272 confirmed by LoTW, 213 just on 15 meters.  I want my 
money back.  I wondered on another reflector if we'd seen the last of the 
complaints about LoTW not being useful.  You may now have that honor !
