[CQ-Contest] NAQP RTTY Practice on Friday Evening

There will be a 30 minute practice session for NAQP RTTY on Friday at
0300-0330 UTC (Saturday Zulu).  It's a great way to make sure the station
and the operator are working properly for Saturday's event.  There will be
an award for the station who gets told most often that the contest is the
next day!
