yes John,
but that have nothing to do with working K8AZ on 15m in ARRL CW!

i work him on 4 bands (incl. 15m)
i work 556 qso´s on 15m and 2323 qso´s on all bands in about 27 hours!
the band was just opening here at 12:50 utc and there was a much QSB
and after few unsuccessful trys i work finaly  K8AZ as 4 th station from NA 
on 15m sonday!

i think you will agree that some signals can peak several S units for a 
constant duration of over a
minute, and then be cut again within a second.
or you think maybe i find the way to log most of my QSO´s waiting first for 
dx spot!
