[CQ-Contest] Oceanial Author Needed for ARRL DX Phone

Hi folks,

Just as for the US/VE divisional results, I am looking for a contester from 
Oceania that would be willing to look over the results from Oceania 
contesters and summarize the continental results.  After all, this *is* a DX 
contest and we'd all like to hear about what it's like from Oceania, home to 
so many sought-after multipliers.
