LESS!?!?!  the slackers!!  A s/o should be able to work MORE multipliers
than any m/s in iaru.  With a real 10 min rule for m/s they are handicapped
and can't be compared with s/o, especially so2r ops who should be able to
out multiply them and out qso them with dueling cq's during slow times.
