Yep, and there is no excuse for the USA hams on this one.  On the east 
coast, it starts at 8:00 am local, which means you've had a FULL night's 
sleep and can literally go from rack to operating chair.  On the Left coast, 
it starts at 5:00 am local, which means going to bed an hour or two earlier.
