[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Sprint, Nov. 23, NS rules, 4 bands CW

NCCC PRACTICE SPRINT continues this week, Nov. 22, local date in 
North America;  Nov. 23, UTC.
Work off that Turkey dinner and practice SO2R for the CQ WW CW 
contest this weekend.

--30 mins   0330-04Z  (all NCCC practice sessions will be the same 
LOCAL START time, year round, UFN)
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PST, 2030 MST, 2130 CST 2230 EST)

This Thursday, use  NS (NCCC Sprint) rules using four bands:
BANDS:   20, 40, 80, 160m: --   14040, 7040, 3540, 1815  +/-5.
We may drop 20m during the dark months, let's see what happens.
-- CW only, 100 watts, dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q  1 KHz QSY.

Slow speed NS from 0300 to 0315Z, 20 and 40m, and 80m?
