[CQ-Contest] Sunspots

I think the first number is the number of sunspot groups, 
and the second number is the total number of sunspots in all 
the groups. The minimum number, other than zero, is 11 (one 
group with one sunspot). So now we are up to one group with 
two sunspots - woohoo!
