[CQ-Contest] NS and NS Ladder Tonight - Honor Joe, W5CT

In tonight's Experimental NS and NS Ladder (see yesterday's postings) you
will hear CTDXCC members and others sending "JOE" as their name to honor
W5CT, who recently became a SK.

Joe was the perfect participant for NS Ladder, a new contester learning the
ropes.  In several communications to me Joe expressed great enthusiasm for
ham radio contesting and this enthusiasm was reflected in continuing
improvement over the year.

raising.
