[CQ-Contest] Quads & Contesting

Back in the 60´ties and early 70´ties when I built some
Quad antennas I used bamboo for spreaders. Not as good
as fiberglas of course but it worked OK. I did protect
them with boat varnish, apply a few coats and they will
last quite a few years.
