And the really nice thing about a skimmer-based packet system is that it will 
encourage stations to CQ and sign their call much more frequently, otherwise 
skimmer won't find them. Skimmer needs to be able to recognize that a station is 
running (rather than searching-and-pouncing). Take note, Jose.
