[CQ-Contest] Live Scoreboard upcoming events

A free-for-all is fine, unless you are trying to score a contest (contest
sponsor),
or, track scores while multiple contests are going on (getscores.org).  The
only
important tag is the CONTEST-ID, which must match between logging
applications
and getscores.org for the scores to be displayed properly.     As Dave
mentioned, the Russian DX contest id is "RDXC", however N1MM had it as
"RUSSIAN-DX". (fixed in next release).

I was unware of Jim, AD1C's "unofficial" list,
http://hamradio.ad1c.us/contest-id.htm,
but this is a great place for this information.  I'll be adding the majority
of these
contest tags to getscores.  Thanks Jim!
