[CQ-Contest] Live Scoreboard upcoming events

I was asked about getting the live scoreboard running for bartg rtty this
weekend... it's a bit late now.  PLEASE, if you want to have an event use
the live scoreboard, contact me or w1ve well in advance.  A good idea is
when you start testing your logger to be sure its set up with the right
macros and works properly a COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE A CONTEST (you do that
right??) you can test the scoring on the live scoreboard test page and make
sure the contest shows in the list of upcoming events.  Setting it up the
day the contest starts doesn't give anyone time to test or to get the word
out to the appropriate groups that the scoreboard will be active.  

NOW is the time to set up events for April!

The live scoreboard is set up now for the following upcoming events:
CQ WPX SSB 3/29-30

Please contribute your scores and pass the word on to anyone else who may be
interested.  If your logger doesn't support the live scoreboard yet contact
the author and have them get in touch with W1VE or myself for more
information on how to submit scores and sample code.

If there are other contests you would like to see it set up for please send
me the following information:
1. Cabrillo Log Identifier (like RUSSIAN-DX, CQ-WPX-SSB, NA-SPRINT-RTTY,
etc)
2. Number of multipliers
3. Start date and time in utc
4. End date and time in utc
5. Sponsor web site link
