[CQ-Contest] Did I bust the call sign?

At K2NNY, when it is over, it is over. The CW SS log was sent to ARRL within
5 minutes after the contest with NO CHECKING. If the operator did not get it
right when he logged it, it is wrong and we take the penalty. It makes for
more accurate logging (I hope.) We also sent it in to CQ-Contest score
submittal and uploaded it to LOTW.
See you in the Phone SS from K2NNY.

I agree 100 percent!

When the contest is over it is over.

Art - K3KU asks: "What do you think?"

I think most everyone should send in their log shortly after the contest.
If you made a note to change something - change it - but that's it.

I did NOTHING to my log and had a few dumb errors - like putting my good
friend K6NA in SDak instead of San Diego - but what the heck. I would
rather have a few obvious errors like that to sort of prove to anyone who is
intersted that I didn't clean my log.

I am really curious why some of the big guns haven't submitted their log
yet. I could see an excuse for WP3R maybe - but those who submit their logs
near the end of the deadline - and have excellent error rates really make me
wonder. It would be far more impressive for that log to show up the day
after the contest.

Check the 3830 postings and the log received web page - and you decide:

PS: There has never been any evidence of any "slims" operating in the SS CW
that I have seen as log checker.
