This week, we'll use NS rules on 20/40/80m for the Thursday  practice,
Aug. 20  local date in North America;   Aug. 21 UTC.

30 minutes starting at 0230Z
-- Start 0230Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)

NS RULES:   Sprint format, NO DUPES on same band, 100 watts
BANDS:  20/40/80m,   +40 khz from low band edge.

The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues: 02-0215Z on Thursday; 20, 40, 80m CW.
