[CQ-Contest] Replacement for Novice Roundup?

Does anyone feel the need for an entry level contest to replace the long lost Novice Roundup? 

Something geared to Generals and Techs. Maybe covering 160m through 70cm. 

International in scope but designed to allow anyone with a station a chance to compete? 

The idea being to get the newbies on and into contesting? 



73 and good contesting.
