[CQ-Contest] Replacement for Novice Roundup?

How about a simple entry level 100w only, tech/general and new comers 
contest.... in all countries not jus the US and Canada..... something that 
has bite... a small award as well like a small plaque or framed 
certificate..... hmmmmm
