[CQ-Contest] ARRL exchange PE

[Jorge Diez - CX6VM]

the station VY2TT give me PE as the exchange.
 
Must be PEI, also Win-Test not recognize PE as a province.
 
But what will happen.... If i logged as PEI I will be penalyzed because i
logged diferent exchange than VY2TT was giving?
 
If all of us logged PEI, VY2TT will be penalyzed in all of his QSO{s because
ge was giving PE and us logged PEI?
