Also for future, it's non-CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK means.

It is non-HF/6m/2m/ whatever cm.


The rules state clearly where and how the competition takes place.

In case there is an internet / cluster competition, it is a different
story.

As long as the competitions rule to use some radio frequency and
transmission mode set, case is such no-one can challenge it.
