Hi Doug,

I've done exactly this. I'm stuck with an indoor antenna that works 
moderately well on 20 and not much else. During the RTTY Roundup, I 
worked mostly 20, as well as 2 on 40 and 1 on 15. When it came time to 
submit my log, I decided to enter as a single band entry. I submitted 
the log with the category set in the cabrillo header to 20m only.

As others have mentioned, you should leave all the other contacts in the 
log... if you don't they'll get penalized.
