Unless there will be much more proven operating practise involved in 
passing the exam....
Unless more elmers step up to help teaching new ops......
Unless us Europeans will start acting according the 'code' below.....
Unless todays spirit of 'I want to have it all and I want to have it 
now, at no effort' will change.....
Unless the world will change.....

Untill that I'm happy to see that many of you are great elmers.
And I respect those who will step up and fight against worms.
