[CQ-Contest] Cut numbers in SSCW

Sending the call sign as a part of the exchange (at a reasonable speed) 
is a very good way of advertising to those who have just tuned across 
your frequency. Much better than having to send a new CQ or QRZ. Why not 
include the call sign in the exchange as suggested by the sponsor and 
send it at the same speed as the rest of the exchange and then listen 
for new callers who may have been attracted by hearing the exchange sent 
and then a thanks message?  The more ways you have to let listeners know 
who you are so they can decide whether to wait for a QSO or move on, the
