[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Practice, Nov. 13 UTC - NS, four bands

This week, we'll use the NS CW format on Thursday, Nov 12 local time, 
Nov. 13 UTC, 0230-0300Z.

NS will now use FOUR  bands; 160 (near 1815) , 80, 40, 20m  (+35 to 45).
NCCC SPRINT RULES:  NO DUPES on same band, 100 WATTS max,  MULTS 
COUNT ON EACH BAND

The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues on Thursday,  0200-0215Z:
